This is probably old news to the community, but I wanted to put a thread to honor the late James Earl Jones who died two days ago.

• He voiced Darth Vader, so Star Wars fans are mourning the death of the last guy who played any role of the iconic villain.

• He voiced Mufasa, so every Disney fan is also mourning this death, especially millennials who grew up watching The Lion King in their childhoods.

• He was outstanding in his stage performance of Fences and is seriously worth a watch.

• He was also good in Coming to America as King Jaffe Joffer. The movie is a gem in the '80s.

• He was incredible in Roots: The Next Generations Field of Dreams, and Matewan, to name a couple of other roles he did.

And so on, and so forth. Truly a great loss in the mediocre year that is 2024.

And perhaps meaningful to many gamers - he had a major role in Conan the Barbarian.
